Recently I have decided to start running again, after a long time of putting it off. I'm not sure why, but I'm even willing to wake up early to go running. I guess its because I know I won't make the time if I put it off for later. This couldn't be more true though, so many times I've planned on working out or running but put it off for later and ended up not doing it. So its a good thing that I'm getting up to do it so I can get it out of the way and thus have the remainder of the day to myself!
The reason I started running again was because I've been feeling lazy as of late, which is kind of ironic, but hey, whatever works! My favorite tool for figuring out my running routes is Nike's running website which has an entire page devoted to runners and also an entire database. I use this to create trails and routes that I am going to run. I found this out because I bought a pair of Nike's that have the Nike+ technology and also bought a watch which enables me to track my distance ran and time. Unfortunately it hasn't been working since I need to buy a new piece for my shoe, but I will be getting a new pair of shoes once I get my paycheck so i will be able to put this wristband into action! I'm really looking forward to it!
Hopefully I will be able to keep this routine up and not give up on it. So far I've been doing fairly well! Running definitely is a great form of exercise, but has also caused me to become tired earlier and earlier, which could be a side affect! oh well! :)
